The Master of Ceremony
Since her childhood, the microphone has always been Sawsan’s best friend. As a professional Master of Ceremony, she draws upon her extensive journalism, television, and voice-over experience to capture the audience’s attention across different types of events, including high-level ones in the presence of HRH Shaikh Nasser Bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and H.E. Shaikh Khalid bin Abdulla Al Khalifa Deputy Prime Minister of Bahrain.
With her soothing voice and natural public speaking ability, she is able to deliver speeches in a subtle and friendly manner, making her listeners feel at home. Confidently in command of her craft, she is quick to adapt to live developments and unexpected situations.
The Presenter
Sawsan worked as a news correspondent for the Saudi TV channel Al Ekhbariya, reporting on major political events such as the 37th GCC Summit. Two years later, she was chosen by Bahraini company Tadawul Real Estate to present an online Ramadan competition show featuring weekly cash which went viral on social media.
During her career, Sawsan moderated webinars and talks on different topics including an inspirational talk with the Bahraini Minister of Youth and Sport Affairs.
Combining her strengths as both an accomplished producer and talented presenter, she is able to create and deliver quality content that genuinely connects with the viewer.
The Voice Artist
Over the past few years, Sawsan built recognition as a voice-over artist. She is known to be the official Arabic voice of Gulf Air flights since 2014 and has lent her voice to ad campaigns and IVRs for a panoply of clients in the region.
Her distinctive voice has also been featured in national advertisements pertaining to government entities.
The Producer
Sawsan worked as a segment producer and scriptwriter for several programs on Bahrain TV, from morning shows to entertainment and sports programs.
Prior to her graduation, she produced her first documentary film chronicling the life of H.E Nabeel Al Hamer, Advisor of Media Affairs for His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
Her second film titled Fakhar [Pride] was released at the official Bahraini Women's Day ceremony organized by the Supreme Council for Women. The film follows a 3-month youth contest rewarding the best monument design embodying Bahraini women empowerment under the official Bahraini Women’s Day 2017 theme: Women in the Engineering Field.
